Elsie is survived by her loving husband; Dwayne, children; Dawn (Dave) Van Eps, Diane (Del) Van Essen, Daryl (Jennifer) Vankooten, David (Marlene) Vankooten, 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 4 to 6 pm at Olinger Hampden Mortuary. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017 at 10 am at Horizon Community Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Horizon Community Church.
