Justin Reed Huhn, also known as Pocketz to many of his friends. The son of Kristie Huhn was born June 23, 1990, in Wichita, Kansas. He was one of four kids, two boys and two girls. He attended and graduated in 2008 at McPherson High School, McPherson, Kansas.
Justin was a free spirit, an old soul, and a simple person. He loved the outdoors and that is where he felt the most at peace. He traveled a rough road; he never gave up on his friends. Those who really knew Justin knew that his rough edges were only skin deep. Underneath all the roughness there was a sensitive caring heart. He loved kids, especially his nephew Ryder. He always wanted kids but never had any, and since he didn't have any, he adopted and worried about all his friends' kids. He would take whatever money he had to buy a kid something just to see a kid smile. Justin cared about his friends and family. He would happily give up everything he had and would go without if someone needed it. He always said he could make do without; that was just the type of person he was. Although he was rough on the edges, what came from within is what mattered the most. He cared strongly, loved deeply and always wanted the best for everyone. He was a simple person, where materialism was not his first choice.
On Friday, December 26, 2025, Justin passed unexpectedly and entered eternal rest at the young age of thirty-five, in Commerce City, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his Brother Cody Huhn, Grandparents Richard Sr. and Catherine Huhn, Uncle Richard (Richie) Huhn, Aunt Misty Huhn, Aunt Franny Huhn.
