On the anniversary of Leo's passing I think on how much I miss the best brother in law a person could ever have.  He was kind, generous, helpful and always showed an interest in all our family.  One of a kind.  I love and miss him.

One year ago today the world lost a good man with an effervescent smile that would light up a room.  I miss camping & fishing with you, hearing your stories & laughing with you.  I'm glad you were my friend.  You are missed Mr. Leo.

I missed talking to you on your birthday yesterday.  I thought about you all day and wished I could hear your voice again.  Happy birthday sweet Leo and know that you will always be loved.

I worked with Leo back at Stearns-Roger in the 70's and remember him as a kind man with a good heart and a generosity of spirit. Any project we shared was made easier because he was on it. I'm glad I shared those times with him.

I worked with him for many years at Stearns-Roger and he was the most helpful, considerate and reliable co-worker I could had have.

My condolence to all who loved Leo.  I worked for him on a Phillips Petroleum project when Stearns Roger had an office on Arapaho Road. Leo always treated us with respect while making sure we were performing at our best and staying on schedule. He was a true gentleman to work for and with. I was glad to work with him again at Jacobs about six years ago. His mind was still sharp and demeanor friendly, as it was many years ago. It was a privilege to know him.

My Father was my best friend and the most caring, kind, generous, non- selfish loving person I've ever known.  He taught me most of the things I know.  I'll feel this loss everyday for the rest of my life.  We had the best father son relationship anyone could ever hope for.  One of a kind. I could write a book on him. I feel the earth is mourning over the loss of a great friend.  He made friends with everyone he ever met.  I could go on and on. I appreciate all the caring during this time from everyone. Thank you so much.  I love you dad, and I'll see you on the other side. Goodbye for now.

I worked with Leo on and off for many years; he was one of the truly  great pipers we had at Stearns Roger starting in the early 1970s.  He was my friend and one of the on nicest "gentleman" I have ever known...

I was so sadden to hear about Leo's passing.  I worked with Leo at Stearns Roger many years ago and more recently at Jacobs.  So many people admired Leo and had the utmost respect for him. I speak for so many people when I say that he was a pleasure to know.  I feel fortunate to have worked with him and learn the business from him.  Please accept my sincere condolences, Paula Schnipke

So sorry to hear of Leo's passing.  I will always remember him as a kind, generous man that always had a smile on his face.  Like Rhonda says, I feel I've lost a member my own family.  Love, hugs, and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear of Leo's passing.  While I'm not a blood relative, I've know him for so long, I feel like I have lost a member of my own family. Every year on New Year's day I think of all of the years that we spent watching Bowl games at their house.  You were such a quiet and kind man.  To know that you are no longer with us in this world makes me sad.  My love to Gloria, Bryant, Dean and the rest of the family.

Oh' what a wonderful brother.
