Sini Kristiina Summerhays, born on November 24, 1995, in Provo, Utah, passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 30. Sini moved to Fort Collins, Colorado when she was just a baby. She was a free spirit and connected with everyone easily and always had a smile on her face – finding any reason to be happy. She was an adventurous person who loved to try new things, and she loved going to see the Rockies and the Avalanche sports teams play with her dad, as well as being in the mountains amongst nature. She loved Finland, her mother's homeland, and spending time at the family cabin – always finding it difficult to return to the states after her stay. Sini enjoyed reading, especially mystery and fantasy novels, going to concerts and listening to music, and, above all, she loved her cat Jiji. Often referring to Jiji as "the void", Sini looked forward to coming home and snuggling her baby at the end of each and every day. She graduated from Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, Colorado. For Sini, everyday was a beautiful celebration of life, and those who love her will continue to hold her spirit in their hearts as her memory lives on within each of them. Sini will be missed and forever remembered by her family and many wonderful friends.
