Steph Bailey

Stephanie Leigh Bailey was born on December 7, 1979 at Aurora Community Hospital. She received her K-12 education in the Denver area and graduated from Green Mountain High School in 1998. She spent a year at the University of Northern Colorado, then she got her Associate degree for Computer Sciences at Denver Technical College. She also was a LPN. Music was a very big part of her life. She played almost every instrument during her school career, including the tuba her senior year in the marching band. She was also in the marching band at UNC in Greeley. She continued to play music the rest of her life.

She was married to Bradley Bailey and together they were raising 2 children, Zachary and Samantha. Her dad, Steve Biggs and his wife Lola, and her mom, Patti Asselborn and her husband Dean still live in the Denver area. She was part of a very large family.

Stephanie’s recent life consisted of helping her children achieve many goals. She helped with both kids scout troops, she coached Zach’s Destination Imagination team and helped out with Sammy’s “DI” team. Sammy’s team made it to the global championships which Steph was able to enjoy with Samantha. She was involved with all of Zach’s sporting teams. She had recently started promoting bands and was enjoying new adventures in the music business.

Stephanie passed at Skyridge Hospital on January 18, 2015. She will be missed by all and remembered by everyone!
