Christine Alice Perri

Christine A Perri, 76, of Des Plaines, Illinois was born March 31, 1947 in Evanston and passed away May 24, 2023. She is preceded in death by parents Rudolph and Alice Mussar, and brother Martin Mussar. She was the beloved wife of Thomas for 56 years, loving mother of Brad (Laurie) Perri, and Stacey (Trevor) Bell, and cherished grandmother of Olivia, Tyler, and Ava. Siblings Sunny (Terry) Witt, John (Jan) Mussar, Curt (Robin) Mussar, and fond aunt of 13 nieces and nephews.

Chris was kind, caring, and generous. She loved gardening, sewing, reading, and baking. She made her famous butter cookies, delicious desserts, and green jello for every family party. Her patience and loving nature was evident in how she cared for her children and grandchildren. She was happiest when she was with them. She enjoyed spending time with her large extended family and loved her nieces and nephews. Chris loved animals of all kinds, caring for them and giving generously to organizations to help care for them. We were so lucky to have her in our lives and she will be missed beyond measure.
