Karren lived a long and full life, filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. Known for her peace sign, love of everything hip and cool, and Mexico vacations, Karren found joy in making others feel seen and heard.
She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Walters (Nigel); her cherished granddaughter, Shea Walters; her sister-in-law, Diane Keller; her nieces, Erin Keller and Colleen Keller; many beloved cousins, and a lifetime full of friends. Karren was preceded in death by her brother, Kevin Keller.
A Celebration of Karren’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Greater Chicago Food Depository, an organization Karren supported.
