Visitation for Leonard D. Parker, 90, formerly of Norridge, will be Tuesday, April 17, from 9 a.m. until the time of the services at 10 a.m. at the St. Andrews Life Center Chapel, 7000 N. Newark Ave., Niles. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines. Born April 29, 1921, in Briggsville, Wis., he passed away Friday, April 13, 2012, in Niles. Leonard was an Air Force veteran of World War II, and a maintenance man for 23 years at Resurrection Hospital in Chicago. He was the father of Jean (Bradley) Wickham, James Parker and John Parker; grandfather of Thomas (Sonia) Parker, Kelsey (Randy) Vest and Toby Parker; brother of Agnes Eterno; and uncle of many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
