Lying in state Saturday, September 9, 2017, 10 AM to time of service 11 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 5100 N. Springfield Ave, Chicago, IL 60625. Interment graveside Ridgewood Memorial Cemetery.
