Mitchell C. Grzebien

Mitchell is survived by his mother Angelina Grzebien, and his siblings; Andrew Grzebien (Anita nee Wright) and Dorothy Panek nee Grzebien (Keith Reiter) and his nieces Allison Cannon (Grzebien) and Amanda Grzebien; aunts, uncle, many cousins, coworkers and friends.

Mitchell was a passionate fan of the Dallas Cowboys and also loved following Chicago sports. Mitchell loved gardening, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. Mitchell was a hard worker that took pride in his craft as a marble finisher. He will be greatly missed.

Friends and family will gather for a visitation Wednesday, January 15th from 4pm - 8pm, 2025 at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner Street, Des Plaines, Illinois. A funeral Mass will be held at 10am Thursday, January 16th at Mary, Mother of Martyrs Parish, St. Mary’s Church, 794 Pearson Street, Des Plaines, Illinois, followed by a procession to Maryhill Catholic Cemetery, 8600 N. Milwaukee Ave, Niles, Illinois, for a burial ceremony.
