Remi Kiana was a true angel on Earth and had the strength of the strongest archangel in Heaven. While her time on Earth was short, she blessed us by showing those she loved her silly personality, her relentless will to live, and overflowing love. She may be small, but she gives new meaning to the word mighty. She was a loving daughter and protective younger sister to Isla Evangeline.
Remi Kiana is survived by her parents Christopher “CJ” Joseph Balingit and Christine Anne Balingit.
Remi Kiana’s wake will be held from 4-8PM on Tuesday, August 6th at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St, Des Plaines, IL 60016. A time of prayer will be held at 9AM at Oehler Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 7th, immediately followed by a procession to a 10:30AM funeral Mass at St. Emily Catholic Church, 1400 E. Central Rd., Mount Prospect, IL.
