Robert G. Stramaglia Sr., 76 of Des Plaines was born November 24, 1938 in Chicago to the late Frank and late Josephine (nee Pascocciello) Stramaglia. Robert was the beloved husband of Joyce nee Haubner; loving father of Robert (Valerie) Stramaglia, Jr. and Mary (Ken) Gebhardt; cherished grandfather of Lisa and Dana Gebhardt; fond brother of Richard (Jean) Stramaglia, late Joseph (late Anne) Stramaglia and the late Michael (late Ann) Stramaglia. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 3-9 pm at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner Street, Des Plaines, IL (corner of Northwest Hwy / Rt14 and Rand Road). Prayers will be said Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 9:15 am at the funeral home and proceed to St. Zachary Church, 567 Algonquin Rd., Des Plaines, IL for mass at 10 am.
