Thomas E Franzak

Tom is survived by his siblings Michael G. Franzak, Sr. Michael Marie Franzak, CSFN, Victoria J. (Ron R.) Hopper; niece & nephew Michelle L. Franzak, Matt G. (Karen) Franzak; great-nephews Koa Franzak, Kai Franzak; dear friend Karla Jensen; numerous cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Tom was an avid golfer, loved the race track, and was a big sports fan. He was a loyal friend to many. Tom worked for CNA Insurance and Zurich Insurance for 40 years before retiring as Vice President in 2009.

Memorial visitation will be held from 11am-12pm with funeral mass following at 12pm on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at St. Emily Catholic Church, 1400 E Central Rd, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. Private graveside committal will be held at All Saints Catholic Cemetery in Des Plaines, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Tom’s name to Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth at www.nazarethcsfn.org
