Veronica was the devoted wife of Cere Samson; beloved mother of Jeffrey Samson, Christopher Samson and Vanessa Samson; caring sister of Gloria Santos, Rosilinda Tinio, Elisa Hilario, Remedios Sunga, Elvira Tinio, Evelyn Villegas, and the late Felicitas Escobar, late Rolando Tinio, late Virgilio Tinio, late Bernardo Tinio and late Teodorico Tinio; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; and loving companion to Bandit.
Visitation will be held Wednesday December 28, 2022, from 3:00 PM to 8 :00 PM at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St., Des Plaines, IL., 60016. Prayers will be said Thursday, December 29 at 9:15 AM at the funeral home, then proceed to Our Lady of Ransom Catholic Church, 8624 W. Normal, Niles, IL for a mass at 10:00 AM.
