Walter M.F. Brunk, 83, of Park Ridge was born April 8, 1932 in Germany to the late Max and Margret (nee Doll) and passed away July 14, 2015. Walter was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Local 458. Walter was the beloved husband of Martha (nee Fischer); cherished family of Anna Louise Madej (Fred Pebelske) and family, Brigitte (Joseph) Omiatek, Elizabeth Omiatek, Paige E. Moritz and family, and many loving relatives in Germany. Visitation will be Friday, July 17, 2015 from 9-10 AM at Our Lady of Ransom Catholic Church, 8300 N Greenwood Ave., Niles, IL 60714 with the funeral mass 10 AM at the church. Interment will be at Ridgewood Cemetery, 9900 N Milwaukee Ave., Des Plaines, IL 60016. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society and/or The American Diabetes Association.
