William N. Pantalone was born in Crabtree, Pa., and passed away in Park Ridge, Ill. He was the beloved husband of Emma J. (nee Haga) for 64 years; dear brother of the late Helen Prodine, the late Marie Graham, the late Dr. Angelo Pantalone, the late Virginia Pantalone and the late Emma P. Pantalone; and cherished uncle of Mary Ellen Sloan, Carol Marcon, David Pantalone and Dr. Thomas Graham. William was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving in both the Pacific and the Atlantic Theaters. He was a graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology and worked as an electrical engineer. Visitation is Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m. at the Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St. (Northwest Highway/Route 14 at Rand Road), Des Plaines. The funeral will begin Friday, 9:15 a.m. from the chapel proceeding to St. Mary Church, Pearson at Prairie Streets, Des Plaines, for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers Masses at St. Mary Church would be appreciated.
