Arnold Lovett Marshall

Arnold Lovett Marshall passed away in Mountain Lea Lodge on January 29th, 2016 at the age of 101. Born in South Range, Arnold was a son of the late Hantford and Annabelle (Sabean) Marshall. He worked as a saw mill operator until retirement then he spent many hours carving in his work shop. He enjoyed travelling and spending time with his family. Arnold was very active in his church. He loved the Lord. Arnold is survived by daughter, Faye Marshall-Grant; son, Gary (Arla) Marshall; step-sons, Wayne (Betty) Porter, James Porter; grandchildren, Peggy MacLeod-Costigan; Jody Marshall; Peter Grant; eight step-grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren; Kyle, Anthony, Matthew, Madison, Maxwell, Sydney, Tobin; 14 step-great-grandchildren; three step-great great grandchildren. Besides his parents, Arnold was predeceased by his first wife, Myrtle (Hiltz) Marshall; second wife, Nedra (Rodenizer) Marshall; daughter, Sylvia Marshall; sister, Evelyn Larrabee; step-son, Jack Porter and step-grandson, Glenn Porter. Visitation 2-4pm Wednesday, February 3rd from Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby (902-245-2525). Funeral Service at 2pm, Thursday February 4th from South Range Christian Church. Pastor Mark Elley presiding. His parting words to all were; “See you in heaven”.
