Eric Albright, 67, of Freeport, NS, passed away April 24, 2016. He was born in Halifax, NS, and was the son of the late Edward and Ruth Albright. Eric had a successful military career spanning from 1966-1992, as a member of the Armoured Corps of the Royal Canadian Army. His deployments included Cyprus, Egypt, and Germany. After his retirement, Eric became a devoted member of the Royal Canadian Legion. He is survived by his three children, Candice, Michael, and Kaitlyn, as well as 6 of his 7 siblings, Carol, Marilyn, Tom, Don, Cam, and Terry. He was predeceased by his brother, Bill. Donations can be made in his honour to the R.C.L. Capriquet Branch 92. A legion service followed by a celebration of Eric’s life will be held at 1pm, Saturday May 7th, at the Freeport R.C.L.
