Helen Theresa Handspiker

Theresa was employed at Tideview Terrace for 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed going for drives in the back country with her boyfriend.

Theresa is survived by daughters, Linda (Everett) Pyne, Port Williams, NS, Tammy (Wayne) Bell, Grosse Coques, NS; son, David (Esther) Handspiker, Acaciaville, NS; sisters, Mary (Gary) Rice, Anna (Don) Sproule, Shirley (Bill) Wagner, Heather (Dale) Marshall; brother, Charlie (Becky) White; grandchildren, Jennifer Richard, Katie Marshall, Matthew Pyne, Brittney Handspiker, Allison Bell, Taylor Theriault; great grandchildren, Dawson Belliveau, Sebastian Richard, Isla Marshall, Rae Marshall, Bennette Barr, Conner Barr, Charlee Theriault; great-great grandchildren, Ainslee and Alexander as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Theresa was predeceased by her husband, David Handspiker and daughter Patricia (Patsy) Moore.

Donations in memory of Theresa may be made to a charity of your choice.

As per her wishes, cremation has taken place under the care of Jayne’s Funeral Home and a graveside service will be held at a late date.
