Lisa was the cherished wife of Ivan, her husband of 55 years, and mother of Barbara (David), Betty (Michael) and Brenda (Shane). Her five grandchildren, Thomas, James, Gabriel, Colton and Madison will miss their Grammy so much, but will never forget how much she loved them. Lisa will also be missed by her sisters and brothers, nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and dear friends around the world.
Lisa was born and grew up in Macau. She moved to Hong Kong where she and Ivan met. They married and established their family of five before moving to Digby. Lisa eventually became the owner of Charlie’s Place Restaurant in Annapolis Royal and had a chance to meet many wonderful friends there. She was a talented artist who painted regularly with a group of friends in Deep Brook, and she was a beloved member of the Digby Wesleyan Church family.
We are grateful for the kindness and loving care provided by caregivers at Tideview Terrace, Digby General Hospital and Yarmouth Regional Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at the Digby Wesleyan Church at 11am on Tuesday, May 30th.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tideview Terrace or The Digby General Hospital Auxiliary.
