Mr. Malcolm Lloyd Sanford

Sanford, Malcolm L. – 84, Clementsvale; Annapolis County passed away August 10, 2010 in Annapolis Community Health Centre, Annapolis Royal. Born in Clementsvale, he was a son of the late Walter and Reta (Fraser) Sanford. Malcolm was a veteran of World War ll. Malcolm was employed at CFB Cornwallis as an electrician, and was also a member of the Fire Dept. He was a past owner and operator of a gas station in Clementsvale. Malcolm sold and serviced televisions and appliances. He was a school bus driver for the Annapolis school district. Malcolm enjoyed camping and being with people. Malcolm is survived by daughters Ann (Jim) Schulte , Yarmouth; Marci Sanford, North Range; Cheryl Gavel, Hilltown; sons Ron Sanford, Cole Harbour; and James Harlow; sister Louise, brothers Oliver Sanford, Hillsburn; Laurie (Mary) Sanford, Lansdowne; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Malcolm was predeceased by brothers Truman and Cyril, daughter Gail Sanford. There will be a graveside service at 11 am on Friday August 13, 2010 at Clementsvale Baptist Cemetery.
