White, Robert “Bob” Arnold age 84, Waterford , Digby Co. passed away peacefully in Tideview Terrace, Conway , on December 21, 2014. Born in Waterford on September 12, 1930, Bob was a son of the late Charles and Edith (Robicheau) White. Bob enjoyed the simplest things in life. His sense of humor and ability to remember local history will be greatly missed. He was a kind and caring man who never asked anything of anyone. Bob loved his cats and truly enjoyed and appreciated all those who visited and cared for him in Tideview Terrace. He was loved dearly and will be truly missed by his nieces and nephews. We will always remember his gentle smile. Bob is survived by a brother Myron. He was predeceased by brothers Freddie, Emerson, Herbert, Anthony , sisters Agnetis and Emma. Funeral service will be 11 am Friday, January 2, 2015 from Jaynes Funeral Home , 7 Birch St. Digby (245-2525). Father Henry Smolenaars will officiate. Donations in memory can be made to the TLC Animal Shelter or to the “Friends of Ferrals” .
