

It is with great sorrow that the family of James Roy Kelley announces his passing on February 12, 2025, at the age of 68 in Dinuba, California. James was born on September 11, 1956, in Arkansas to Roy Harmon and Fern Kathaleen Kelley. James grew up in a large, loving family, being one of five sisters and four brothers, all of whom he held dear throughout his life.
James was a dedicated truck driver for 25 years, a career that took him across many miles, yet he always cherished the time spent with his family and in the great outdoors. James had a deep love for fishing, hunting, and all things outdoors, often sharing these passions with those close to him. Whether it was a peaceful day on the water or an exciting hunt, James found solace in nature and enjoyed the peace it brought him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Debra Lynn Kelley, and their son, Ethan Kelley, who will carry on his memory. He also leaves behind two brothers and three sisters and a legacy of love, laughter, and compassion that will forever resonate with those who knew him.
James will be remembered for his unwavering loyalty, his friendly demeanor, and his willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a friend to many.
