

"John" Everett W. Musson, Jr was born in Woodlake, CA, on Aug. 13, 1935, and died in Fresno, CA, on Jan. 27, 2017, at the age of 81. John obtained his doctorate in pharmacy and worked as a pharmacist for Easton Drug from 1963 to 1978. He then had a change in profession and was a financial adviser for Capital Financial Services in Fresno for the past 35 years. He was a long time Easton resident and was a member of the Easton Presbyterian Church where he was very involved, serving in various leadership roles. He was on the Washington Union High School Board for 14 years. Among John's hobbies were mountain hikes, photography, and reading and collecting books. He could also be seen walking the WUHS stadium steps every morning. He greatly valued family time and gatherings.
John will long be remembered for his strong Christian faith, love for others and his generous spirit.
John is survived by his wife of 61 years, Patricia Musson of Easton, his four children, Steven Musson and his wife, Donna, of Dinuba, Phillip Musson and his wife, Leah, of Sanger, Rodney Musson and his wife, Michelle, of Stillwater. MN, and Ruth Clayton and her husband, David, of Clovis; 13 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and two sisters, Ann Tucker of Napa, CA, and Sana Musson of Jacksonville, OR.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 4, 2017, at Hope Lutheran Church, 364 E. Barstow Ave. Fresno, CA 93710.
