

Pete was the youngest son of seven children, 4 boys and 3 girls, of John F. Isaac who had moved the family to Dinuba in 1946. He accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior in the 7th grade. Pete went back to Kansas in 1948 to marry Erma Friesen, “the most beautiful girl in church.” He found out later she was also the best. He brought her back to Dinuba and together they raised five boys on a farm northwest of town.
In addition to Farming, Pete built and managed Western Sky Mobile Park together with his brother, Clarence. After selling the mobile park, he went to work for Meade Manufacturing, later renamed Dinuba RV, owned by Clarence and Stan Isaac. Pete managed Dinuba RV for 17 years.
Pete is a former member of Dinuba Rotary Club. He and Erma traveled in England, Switzerland, France, Italy and Japan.
In addition to his wife of 67 years, Erma Isaac, Pete is survived by his five sons, Rodney Isaac of Bend, OR, Burdett Isaac and his wife, Donna, of Salem, OR, Linden Isaac and his wife, Debbie, of Littleton, CO, Gary Isaac and his wife, Connie, of Dinuba, and Donald Isaac and his wife, Jet, of West Edmeston, NY; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Johnny Siebert; and a sister-in-law, Agnes Isaac.
A graveside service will be held on at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 7, at the Reedley Cemetery Memorial Building. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Dinuba Mennonite Brethren Church.
