A funeral service for Herbert will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 12:00 PM at I. J. Morris, 21 E Deer Park Rd, Dix Hills, New York 11746. Following the funeral service will be an interment at 1:15 PM at Mount Ararat Cemetery, Route 109 (Farmingdale Rd), Lindenhurst, New York.
