Hyman Matalon age 84 of Hauppauge, NY sadly passed away on December 31, 2012. Beloved husband of Jeanne Matalon, loving father of Carol (Bill) Weiss and step-father of Bonnie (Richard) Kloepfer, adored grandfather of Michael, Billy, and Clarissa, and cherished brother of Rachel Matalon. May his memory be for a blessing. Services will be held at IJ Morris, Dix Hills on Thursday January 3, 2013 commencing at 10:00am, with interment to immediately follow at the New Montefiore Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY. Shiva will be observed at the Matalon home, (10 Leeland Dr. Hauppauge, NY 11788) Thursday through Sunday. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Trees for Israel.
