

Born in Brooklyn, NY, Ken attended City College of New York and earned a Master’s degree in Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn. He married Joan, his beloved wife of 60 years, and together they raised their two children, Bonnie and Jason, in Stony Brook, NY.
He worked as an engineer for over 4 decades, designing and building satellite communication systems. After retiring to Ocala, Ken devoted himself to his passion for golf and could often be found on the course six days a week. He loved gadgets, had a quick wit, and approached life with a positive outlook.
Always willing to help others, Ken will be remembered by his family and friends for his devotion to his family, kindness, compassion, and sense of humor.
He leaves behind his loving wife Joan, children Bonnie (husband Scott) & Jason (wife Patricia), grandchildren Megan (husband Spenser), Amy, Jacob, & Andy.
A funeral service will be held at 9:30am on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at I. J. Morris 21 E Deer Park Rd Dix Hills, NY 11746.
The burial will take place at 11:15am at the Mount Hebron Cemetery located 130-04 Horace Harding Expy Kew Gardens Hills, NY 11367.
Shiva calls may be made on Monday, May 18, 2026 between 1-4pm at All American Assisted Living 463 Middle Country Rd Coram, NY 11727.
