DIAMOND, Miriam "Mitch" sadly passed away on October 7, 2014. She was a beloved mother, sister, and grandmother. She is survived by her loving children Denise and Charles, her adoring grandchildren James and Robert, and her significant other Stu. "Our beautiful, strong, passionate mother, may she rest in peace and be loved forever by her family." Funeral services will be held at the I.J. Morris Funeral Home 21 East Deer Park Rd Dix Hills, NY, 11746 on Sunday, October 12 at 12:30pm. Interment will take place immediately following at the New Montefiore Cemetery.
