Green, Sandra H. - 66 of Northport, NY sadly passed away on June 4, 2012. Sandra leaves behind her beloved husband of 14 years, Ken; her loving children Kirstin (Bill) , and Derek (Nina); her step-children Jared (Jodie), Jaime, Joshua (Chloe), and Jason. Sandra also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren Tyler Aaron, Kaitlin Victoria, Teagan Elise, and Tierney Helen Jean, as well as her step grandchildren Olivia and Bryson. May her memory be for a blessing. A graveside service will be held at the Beth Moses Cemetery on Wednesday June 6, 2012 at 11:00am. Shiva will be observed at the Green Residence, 4. Lady Jane's Way. Northport, NY 11768, Wednesday following the service and Thursday - Friday after 4:00pm. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Sandra's memory to the VNS of Huntington Hospice and to the American Cancer Association.
