Steve loved what he did, he loved the people around him, and he always seemed to give of himself to better the lives of others. I consider myself lucky to have had him in my life as long as I did, and his affect on me and teachings are something I’ll take with me for the rest of my life. I’ll miss his signature voice, and his easy-going nature, and will always love him and continue to look up to him. I love you, Cousin Steve – say hi to Rosie, Leon, Izzy, Lily and the rest of the family for us – you’re in good hands, and I know you’ll eat well.

Both Chuck and I are heartbroken for Heidi and all of Steve’s family and friends. There are few words that could ever provide comfort at this time. If there is anything we can do, we are here. Steve was such a kind and gentle man. We always remarked at the obvious love he and Heidi had for each other. 🙏💕

Kathy and I were shocked and saddened by Steve’s passing. I loved seeing Steve both on and off stage. He inspired me and encouraged my songwriting and performing, sometimes with his dry humor which always made me laugh. He was taken too soon but his insightful and sensitive songs live on. His voice will still fill  those spaces that need to hear what he held in his heart. Our prayers and thoughts are with you Heidi as well as your family.

Hi, I am so sad to hear about Steve's passing. My sympathies to his family and all of those friends who knew him well. 
Over the years, I worked with Steve a few times, and he was always friendly and full of life.  I know he will be missed.
