Cynthia Louise West Teal

Memorial services will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2010, at Byrd Funeral Home with Byrd Funeral Home on West Main directing.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to The March of Dimes, 256 Honeysuckle Road, Suite 3, Dothan, AL 36305 or the Wiregrass Humane Society, P. O. Box 1045, Dothan, AL 36302.

Cindy was born December 15, 1949, in Canton, Ohio and lived in Mobile and Delaware. She had been a resident of the Dothan area for over 30 years. She loved the outdoors, camping and fishing and was a kind and loving mother and wife, who never met a stranger.

She was predeceased by her parents, John and Gene West.

Survivors include her husband, Mike D. Teal, Pansey, AL; two sons, Michael Moore, Frisco, TX, and Samuel (Amanda) Moore, Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Julianna Moore, Jessica Moore, Marckace Rainey and Brian Moore; a brother, Matt West (Jill), Dothan; a sister, Elizabeth (Steve) McPhaul, Birmingham; two sisters-in-law, Kathy Martin and Terry Lasseter, both of Dothan.
