Mr. David Harold Lawson, age 55, of Douglasville, GA passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2018. He was born November 5, 1962 in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Lawson loved golf and working. He was Director of Productivity with WellStar Health System. His favorite pastime however, was spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Lawson; parents, Glenn and Dorothy Lawson; daughters, Shanna (Shane) Dean and Beth Fowler; brother, Scott Lawson; grandchildren, Austin Farr, Logan Douglas, Ella Fowler, Destiny Dean, Dezarae Dean, Xavier Dean and Lexi Dean; great-grandson, Jeremiah Dean; niece, Chelsea Phillips; nephews, Jarred Lawson and Emmett Phillips as well as numerous other family members.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 6 until 8 o’clock pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 1 o’clock in the Rosehaven Chapel with Pastor Randal Whitten officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Haven Cemetery.
