She was born in Jackson, Ohio on April 2, 1939, the daughter of the late Frances Fouty and Jessie Taylor Daye. She had worked for a number of years in retail with Bankers Note Dress Shop.
Frances is survived by her son, and daughter-in-law, Jack and Renee, daughters and son-in-law, Tina and Tony Hart, Janet Dye, and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her seven siblings.
A graveside service will take place at Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery, 86 Hart Road, Dallas, Georgia, 30157, on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
