Mr. Davis was born January 11, 1972 in Atlanta, Ga. the son of Brenda Gail Tumlin Davis and the late Leonard Marvin Davis. Prior to his death, Rusty was employed as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by a niece, Anna Davis in July 2014 and his father.
Survivors include his son; Jeffrey Russell Davis, Jr.; his mother, Brenda Gail Davis; brother, Michael Davis; sisters, Michelle Skinner and her husband Tony and Melissa Davis; nieces, Brittany, Kayla and Karen Davis and nephew, Justin Skinner and great nephew, Ian Brasher.
Funeral services for Rusty will be conducted on Friday March 18, 2016 at 2 p.m. from the Rosehaven Chapel of Whitley - Garner Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Tumlin officiating. Following the services, Rusty will be cremated.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
