Khloe Addyson Vigil, age 10, of Barstow, California passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023. She was born September 22, 2012 in Pomona, California. Khloe had the most beautiful smile and the most contagious laugh. She left a spot in everyone’s hearts she came across. Khloe was a major part in everyone's lives.
She's been a fighter since she was born and through everything it was always Khloe's way. Born at 26 weeks and weighing 2 pounds, Khloe still ran the show. We witnessed four nurses trying to hold her down to put her oxygen machine back on because she didn't want it on.
Everyone was so amazed how this tiny baby had so much strength. Khloe was definitely the definition of a fighter. Knowing she’s gone still doesn't feel real. She was always supposed to be here.
She loved building houses--from building and decorating houses on Roblox or Toca Boca to even on her Barbie Dream house. That’s something she loved to do. I loved her imagination.
Even through all the doctors’ appointments, Khloe was like every other kid. She loved her toys, but she also loved being outside riding Dirt Bikes. She was definitely an adrenaline junkie.
She will never be forgotten
Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Auggie and Kandice Vigil; her sisters, Zoe Vigil and Alysa Vigil; as well as other extended family members.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 11:00 AM. The funeral service will follow in the Rosehaven Chapel at 12:00 PM.
