He is survived by his father and mother, Tom and Linda Duskin; daughter, Holly Bishop; son, Josh Duskin; brothers, Greg Duskin and Doug Duskin; nieces, nephews and other family members.
A memorial service is planned for Friday, February 20, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Rosehaven Chapel with Dr. John Pennington officiating.
