Rick was born in Atlanta, Georgia on November 26, 1963, the son of Hugh David Maxwell and the late Inez Barker Washington. He was a family man and the owner/operator of Rick’s Used Appliances for forty years.
He is survived by his sons, Virgil Lee Maxwell and Robbie Lee Maxwell; daughters, Angel Maxwell and Zoey Maxwell; father, Hugh David Maxwell; grandchildren, Chance Lee Maxwell, Bryen Lee Maxwell and Hunter Lee Maxwell; sister, Patricia Grindle; several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with his wishes, Rick was cremated and a Celebration of His Life will be held at a later date.
