She is survived by her husband, Gary Russell-Howland; son, Ezra Russell-Howland of Henry County; grandchildren, Dallas, Chandler, Caleb and Amber; son, Illya Russell-Howland of Henry County; grandchildren, Taylor, Tad Jr and Deunan; daughter, Lora Russell-Howland of Henry County; grandchildren, Seren and Tyler; one brother in PA, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Curtis Neal Smith.
Mrs. Russell-Howland will have a graveside service at Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 2:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Rosehaven Chapel with Reverend Jay W. Daniel officiating.
