Todd Allen Shurden

Mr. Todd Allen Shurden, age 52, of Douglasville, GA passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2019. He was born in San Diego, CA on July 14, 1966. Mr. Shurden enjoyed the outdoors doing things such as fishing, hunting and hiking. He always wanted to go camping but never got the opportunity. Todd and his wife enjoyed traveling. He also had a very strong work ethic and enjoyed working. His favorite pastime however, was spending time with his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Felix Edgar and Lois Jean Shurden as well as his brother, Tommy Shurden.

Surviving him is his wife, Patricia Shurden; children, Courtney (Danny) Hyde, Daniel Reyes, Allison Shurden, and Michael Shurden; brothers, James (Carolyn) Shurden and Mark (Sherry) Shurden; sister, Brenda Shurden and Troy James; beloved dogs, Cocoa and Claudine as well as numerous other nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 5 until 8 o’clock pm and on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 10 am until 8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 11 o’clock am in the Rosehaven Chapel with Pastor Mark Evans officiating.
