Mr. William Leslie Jones, age 74, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2016. He was born February 21, 1942 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He served his country as a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Mr. Jones was a square dance caller in the South for over 40 years.
Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Jones; his father, James “Bus” Jones and his mother, Kitty Jones.
He is survived by his son, Michael Jones; daughter, Melissa (Michael) Holland; brother, J. David Jones; three grandchildren, Coy Paul Holland, Gavin Holland and Megan Jones; as well as numerous other family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Rosehaven Memorial Park.
