Nick Anthony Gregorio was born in Linhart, Pennsylvania on September 10th 1918 and passed away peacefully on February 5th 2013 surrounded by his family. He grew up in Linhart, PA with his 4 brothers and 2 sisters. During World War II, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, served in the Normandy campaign and received both the Purple Heart and Bronze Star medals.
In the late 1940's, He moved to Downey CA, worked in the grocery business with his brothers and was a caregiver for his sister, Helen. He was a longtime member of the Downey Bocce Club at Apollo Park in Downey CA. He is survived by three brothers: Pat, Carmine and John; and 12 nieces and nephews.
