Beverly J. Wilson

She was born on March 6, 1932 in Reynoldsville the daughter of the late Clifford and Elizabeth (Guthrie) Swan. On July 21, 1962 she married Andrew P. Wilson, he survives.

Beverly was a 1950 graduate of Sykesville High School and was employed by Sylvania Electronics.

She was protestant by faith and was a girl scout leader.

She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Andrew Wilson of DuBois, daughter, Lisa and her husband Alan Schmidt of Aliquippa, PA, four grandchildren: Joshua Lavery, Justin Lavery, Alyssa Schmidt and Jacob Schmidt; a brother, Donald Swan of DuBois and a sister, Barbara Wilson of DuBois.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Leroy Swan.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Sunday, October 19, at Mohney Yargar Funeral Chapel, Inc. with Rev. Leon Blose officiating. Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm on Saturday, October 18, at the funeral home. An additional hour of viewing will be held on Sunday from noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.
