Judy Kari Virgalitte

Judy Kari Virgalitte, 70, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2023. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Helvi and Martin Kari on October 1, 1953. Judy graduated from John Marshall High School, Class of 1975, and from Miami University, Class of 1979. She loved her career and spent it as a teacher at Tecumseh City Schools. Aside from her career, Judy had a lot of friends and adored spending time with them. As a history buff, she enjoyed watching history documentaries, especially with her son, George. She was an avid Beetles and Cleveland sports fan.

Judy met her husband, Michael, through a mutual friend at work. They dated for several years until they married on October 16, 1982, and started their family soon afterwards. Their time together came to an end in 1999 when he passed away. She never looked at or thought of anyone else – he was the love of her life. Judy’s family finds peace in the fact that Judy and Michael can now be together again for eternity.

She will be missed by her children, Kirstin Virgalitte and George (Ashlie) Virgalitte; her sister-in-law, Michele Virgalittle; and her sister by choice, Carol Kimball. Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Michael; parents, Helvi and Martin Kari; and brother, David Kari.

A memorial service will take place on Sunday, October 15 at 3:00 p.m. at Dublin Community Church, 81 W. Bridge Street, Dublin, Ohio 43017.
