

Ruth, affectionately known as "Ruthie," was a cherished mother to Julie (Michael Sean) Grossman and Angela (Michael) Welch, a loving grandma to Lyndi Grossman, Taylor (Kaitlyn) Hahnert, Alexandria Grossman, Myiah Grossman, Joseph Welch, and Nicholas Welch. She was also a proud great grandma to Knox Hahnert. Ruth's sister, Jacquie (Ron) Corney, shared a special bond with her throughout their lives. Extended family including nephews Matt (Kelly) Rieser, Marc Rieser, Justin Hahnert and Andrew White.
Ruthie's warmth extended beyond her immediate family, embracing numerous cousins. Through her, the blowing winds of kinship reached far and wide, creating a network of love and support that defined the essence of family. Special friends were also an integral part of Ruthie's life, contributing to the rich tapestry of connections she wove. She never met a stranger and was known for her signature of blowing kisses. Her positive outlook on life, encapsulated in her motto that the glass is always half full, touched the hearts of many.
Throughout her life, Ruthie made a significant impact as one of the original employees at Checkfree Corporation, where she dedicated herself to a lifelong career.
The family expresses deep gratitude to the caring staff at Ohio Living Sarah Moore and Ohio Living Hospice for their compassionate support during Ruthie's final months.
