William was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran who was known for his deep love for his wife and family, and God and Country. He was a beloved pediatrician and past president of the medical staff of Children’s Hospital in Columbus. His face would light up at the sight of any baby or toddler, but especially his great-grandchildren. He was a big Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He enjoyed gardening and planting trees, but his greatest horticultural love was managing his orchard.
A visitation will be held at Schoedinger Dublin, 5980 Perimeter Drive, Dublin, OH 43017, on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at Jerome Church, located at 10531 Jerome Rd, Plain City, OH 43064, on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 11:00 am.
