Angela Michelle Mahle, 39, died on June 28, 2012 at Solvay Hospice House after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Surrounded by family, she passed away peacefully knowing how much she was loved.
During her illness, Angela was always more concerned about others than herself and continually amazed people with her positive attitude and strength. Angela was truly an inspiration and a gift from God.
On October 18, 1997, she married the love of her life, Jason Mahle, of Duluth and had two beautiful children. Angela was very proud of her family and loved spending time with them. She very much enjoyed being a dance, baseball and Cub Scout mom.
Angela enjoyed the simple things in life: going to sporting events, out for pizza, shopping, family dinners and sleepovers with her sisters. All who knew her will forever remember her contagious laugh and her beautiful soul.
Angela was born on October 4, 1972 in Duluth, MN and was a 1991 graduate of Denfeld High School. She was employed by MN Power for 14 years and was an active member of Elim Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband Jason, daughter Emily (12), son Brendan (9), parents Barry and Christine Findley, sisters Sheila Puhl, Stephanie (Todd) Abernethy, brother-in-law Mike Puhl, maternal grandmother Charlene Freeman, father and mother-in-law Danny and Maureen Mahle, sister and brother-in-law Erica and John Sipsas, 9 nieces and nephews and many relatives and close friends.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 3, 2012, Elim Lutheran Church, 6101 Cody Street, Duluth, MN 55807. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. To leave a memory of Angela or words of support for her family, please visit our website at www.bellbrothersfuneralhome.com
