He was born July 19, 1927,in Bremerton, WA to Eugene and Marion Hicks, Sr.
Eugene is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Truella; three children, Tahirih (Ron) Bushey, Eugene Rahim (Pam) and Ruhiyyih (Shedan) Maghzi; and 13 grandchildren.
