Gloria Albrecht

Gloria Maxine Albrecht, 80, of Duluth embarked on the most exciting move of her life on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Franciscan Health Center. She was born on February 13, 1937 to Hosmer and Helen Miller in Bruno, MN.

Gloria married the love of her life, Harry Albrecht on April 30, 1955 in Duluth.

She was a longtime resident of Rice Lake and was a member of Family of God Lutheran Church for over 53 years. She was also employed by the church for over 20 years as their office manager.

Gloria really enjoyed writing and was a writer for the Rice Lake and Gnesen Paper for many years. Gloria also enjoyed playing card games with friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry; daughter, Cindy; one brother; and one sister.

Gloria will be greatly missed by her children, Michael (Nancy), Tom, Katrina Johnson, and Judy (Darrell) Fitzsimmons; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one brother; and three sisters.

Visitation: 10:00 until the 11:00 a.m. memorial service Monday, November 20, 2017 at Family of God Lutheran Church, 4097 Martin Road, Duluth.
