James Moe

James was born January 23, 1934 in Duluth, MN the son of Oscar and Pearl (Johnson) Moe. He attended school at Munger Elementary and graduated from Proctor High School in 1951. James joined the U.S. Navy and served for 30 years and retired as a Radioman-Senior Chief Petty Officer. He enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, gardening, and was a Mr. Fix-It. He was a member of American Legion Post 71. The highlight of Jimmy's day was his 4 pm trip to socialize at the " MUNGER CLUB".

James is survived by his sister Janet (Wally) Stano of Duluth; nephews, David and Daniel Stano; nieces, Denise Endicott, Cindy Polzin, Julie Myers, Shelly Billeisen, Kathy Lund; and his beloved dog, Koy.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Dolores Lund; infant brother, George; and special friend Joanne Peterson.

It was Jim's request that no services be held.
